Optimizing our digestion through the foods we eat, adapting the way we tolerate stress, and understanding how to listen to what our body is telling us are the pillars to a healthful and abundant life.
I like to say I have a special instinct for seeing straight to the pain point of not only clients but friends, family, and strangers. As a naturally curious person, I don't hesitate to ask uncomfortable questions because at the end of the day, we all want happiness and comfort. If we can get closer to that by addressing tough topics, habits, and history then by all means, let's get started.
I knew early on that a conventional 9-5 wasn't for me, and I found that out multiple times. I took courses in Nutrition in college, then became certified as a personal trainer which opened my mind to exploring the science of nutrition, which led to a certification as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and then as a Holistic Nutritionist.
I know I am in my power when speaking and learning about nutrition, digestion optimization, and wellness practices that can elevate lives.
