I use this brand for their digestive enzymes and trust their ingredients. This oxygenated magnesium helps to detoxify without a laxative effect! Great for travel. The digestive enzymes act as a way to help break down food and assimilate nutrients more efficiently, I specifically take them if I am going out to eat or I know I won't be sticking to proper food combining rules! 2-3 Capsules per meal before you eat is what I do! 

These probiotics have been great to have on a reoccurring monthly subscription, I have noticed better feminine health (no time for the gyno or antibiotics ya know?)
